NEW RULING as of July, 2007:

The last qualifying date for each level, will also be the last date for out of State scores.  Scores are to be submitted, via FAX or email, to the Level Chairs and the State Score Tracker, the Monday following the last qualifying date.  NO OUT OF STATE SCORE will be accepted after this time.

Meet Directors, Professional Members:
The Schedule is almost finished.  The Schedule will include
  • 1 meet per club
  • include the 2nd meet requests
I am very sorry that this process has taken so long and I will take part responsibility.  Also I have to say that many other factors weighed in on our present situation
  • Early National Congress, Regional Meeting, Olympics
  • Many Late Entries by meet directors that have had meets
  • Many New meets trying to get on an already Full Schedule
  • on-line forms filled out incompletely and double entries
  • Second and Third meets were submitted without following the set procedure clouding efforts ex. not knowing which one of the meets would be their first choice
We will be working on making this more efficient and timely for next year.  Again I am very sorry for my part in this.
